Shipping & Delivery

We will ship orders anywhere within the United States and Canada. At this time, we do not ship to other locations. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification via email that will include your tracking number.

Note to Canadian Customers

Your order may be subject to import duties and to various Canadian and provincial taxes. In addition, your order may be subject to customs broker fees that are incurred when your order clears Canadian customs.

These charges are not within OpenSky's control and we cannot accurately estimate the amount of these charges. For better guidance on your expected customs and tax liabilities, please contact your customs and tax authorities.

Clearing customs also adds to delivery time. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for customs clearance, in addition to normal delivery time.
