Shipping Policies

We will ship orders anywhere within the United States and Canada. If you would like to place an order shipping elsewhere in the world, please contact customer service at customerservice@theopenskyproject.com. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification via email that will include your tracking number.  Products generally arrive within 5-7 days.

Sales Tax

State laws require companies to collect sales tax from residents shipping merchandise to states where OpenSky has established offices. Currently OpenSky will be charging sales tax to NY, RI and NC residents only.
