This would be fantastic in our kitchen, Cory! Friends steered us to the FlatOut Flatbread product in grocery deli sections and you can go on their website for low fat pizza recipes that are pretty amazing. But it's always a bit awkward to get the flatbread off the racks when it's loaded with toppings. This lifter would be great.
